You select the type of home you want and we search the entire MLS database (which lists all homes for sale by REALTORS®) for only those that match your request.     We update you via email or desktop alert when a home that meets your criteria is posted on the Multiple Listing Service. You'll know often before most REALTORS.      You can easily create a portfolio of homes to watch and we will immediately alert you about any changes like a price reduction or if if goes under contract.
